4/14 - 4/21

HOLY SHIT

Ok, seriously. I don't know why I even started I blog. I obviously can't keep up with it!!! I am an amazing 7 1/2 months behind on updating this damn thing.  It almost makes me just want to quit and start over.  Get a nice, fresh start!  What should I do???  It would be so much easier to just start over and try to update this thing weekly.  How the hell do I even start going through 8 months of pictures?!?!?

4/4 - 4/13

Ok, the lack of posting hasn't entirely been my fault.  My computer got sick and had to be taken to the doctor...but he's better now.  So now I'm back in action, which is good since I'm not taking summer school, only working this summer.  Got to keep busy somehow.  I vow to get this thing updated!  I have no excuse!

Day 53:

I'm a nerd and I love Scrabble.  LOVE it.

Day 54:

I'm lucky my animals are total camera whores....because it sure does help when I'm supposed to be taking a picture a day.

Day 55:

Once again....my animals love the camera.  Here's Reyna being crazy.

Day 56:

Anto got me this magnetic hangman for Christmas.  The day after I took this picture, he was missing.  All body parts.  I have since recovered everything but his head.  Where did you bury it, dear Phish?

Day 57:

Umm.  Pretty sure I've expained my love for Scrabble.  Dad and I actually played this game, which consisted of lots of four letter words from both of us. I said I love it, not that I was good at it.

Day 58:

Ok, these next four are Phish and Reyna pictures.  I've really got to get out more.  I found Phish sleeping in.....my serving tray.  Of all places...come on.

Day 59:

Dog park day!  Reyna and I love going to the dog park, especially the one with a pool and agility equipment.  Here she is in all of her Aussie glory.

Day 60:

My new camera really shows of Phish's stripes.  He's so handsome.

Day 61:

Not the most flattering photo, but I still think she's cute.

Day 62:

Dad and I went around Houston checking out the PhotoFest.  I think we ended up going to four different places?  Maybe?  This is the water fountain at Hotel Zaza.  Well, this is a bubble in the fountain....

Ok, I know that's only ten pictures, but I have a ton of uploading to do!  Not to mention picking just one picture for each day....wish me luck!

3/22 - 4/3

Yikes.  I'm not very good at updating this thing, am I?  Let's hope the blog fares better during the summer.  This post is a thank you to Jennifer for all the help with MBP.  :)  Thanks, lady.  I know you're reading!

Day 40:

 Day 41:
Crappy phone picture, but Phish was talking to our neighbor kitty and I didn't have time to get my camera.  It was cuuuuute.  Well, at least Phish was being cute.  The neighbor kitty wanted to eat him alive.

Day 42:
Another kitty picture.  And another crappy phone picture.  Reyna took all of her toys out of her basket to sleep with them and Phish used her basket as a bed.  He's cute, I know.

Day 43:

So, I'm walking down Westheimer and I come across this little gem...I'm not going to lie, I got a little nervous.

Day 44:

Went to Moody Gardens this day and this was one of my favorite pictures from the Aquarium...mainly because I like to say the word anenome.

Day 45:

Pongos Helping Pongos day!  Since I forgot to take pictures the whole day, this is what I got...which is actually pretty amazing.  There was a chalk artist outside and he made us an amazing orangutan drawing.  Enjoy.

Day 46:

Umm. Yeah.  I only took one picture that day, and I realize it's horrible, thank you.  I went to Kemah with friends and we were ambushed by birds.  It was scary.  And I'm not a big fan of birds.  More importantly, I didn't get pooped on.

Day 47:

Someone I was pet sitting for had some awesome bracket fungus on their tree stump.  Yes, I know I'm a huge nerd.  I'm ok with that. 

Day 48:

Boxes in my bedroom...which means I forgot to take a picture and was forced to find something in the house.  Ha.

Day 49:

Dad and I were picking out what clouds looked like.  I have no idea what we said this one looked like because it obviously didn't translate in the photo.  Lame.

Day 50:

Pretty pretty.

A picture of my dusty guitar.  My dad bought it for me like ten years ago, and I sucked.  Apparently I should stick to playing Guitar Hero and the piano.

3/8 - 3/21

Yes, I realize it's been over a month since I lasted posted.  Sorry!  I promise I've been taking a picture every day, I have just been crazy swamped with school, and blogging is the last thing on my mind.  But I'm back!  I've uploaded all of my pictures up until today, so get ready.  I'll do about two weeks worth for now, and come back tomorrow with some more. :)

Day 27:

One of the perks of being a pet-sitter is checking out all the fun things in people's homes.  It has made for my picture of the day quite a few times.....and this is one of them.
 

Day 28:

Here's an awesomely crappy picture of a fountain outside of the Woodland's Mall.  Unfortunately, it's the only picture I had taken that day.....who knows why.

Day 29:

My sister and I went back to Painting With a Twist...and painted some cherry blossoms!  This one wasn't nearly as difficult as the damn peacock, but it was still challenging, as I have zero artistic ability.  Camera phone picture, so it's quality isn't so great...

Day 30:

Since it's been so long since I took this picture, I honestly can't remember where in the world I was?  But apparently it's a fountain that I threw a lucky penny in.....

              

Day 31:

I guess there was nothing better to take a picture of, so I resorted to a dollar bill.  Nice.

              

Day 32:

Hooray!  In the last post, there was a picture of me at the range....today's picture is from the day my brother-in-law and I went to our CHL class!  Sorry friends, I can't help you out with anything illegal.  My prints are officially on record!

               

Day 33:

Here's kitty in all of his glory.  I have a picture of Atari that looks a lot like this, with the sun shining down on him....so of course I had to include this picture of Phish.

                         

Day 34:

Once again, I can't remember where I was when I took this?  I'm thinking it was at this weird building I went to with my dad to look at pictures, but I can't remember!!!

              

Day 35:

Dad and I took a walk in the park near his neighborhood.  I brought Reyna along to take some pictures.  She's so damn cute.  Ironically, I chose the picture where you can't see her face?  But I like it anyways.

Day 37:

I went to volunteer at the zoo this day armed with the awesome camera.  I took a lot of really good pictures (not to toot my own horn, but I'm amazing. I kid)  so it was hard to pick just one.  I figured there would be plenty of opportunites for primate pictures, so I chose a giraffe.  He was a little upset I was interrupting his breakfast.  Sorry!

          

Day 38: 

Ok, so technically I didn't take this picture, so maybe it shouldn't be included?  But I don't care.  I don't get to see Ashley very often and wanted to throw it in the mix.  Here we are at Jo and Trav's reception.  Love you guys!  (Excuse how disgusting I look, I had been sick for....2 weeks at this point?)

               

Day 39:

I think this was the day that I was super stressed out with school.  When I'm stressed, I play the piano.  I promise it helps. :)  And it sure beats the hell out of the many other things I'd like to do when stressed.

                  

2/28 - 3/7

I know it's almost been two weeks, sorry!  Busy busy times.  I haven't finished uploading all of my pictures, so you'll get the two weeks in two doses. :)

Day 19:
What happens when you take a crappy picture and then forget how crappy it was and you don't take another one for the rest of the day?  You end up with a phallic looking fountain.  You're welcome, dad.

Day 20:
Finally things are blooming around here....

Day 21:
I didn't have a Phish picture yet, so I needed to fix that!!

Day 22:
And since my animals are such willing subjects....here are the two of them, in all their glory.

Day 23:
My niece is currently fascinated with her belly.  So she shows you.  In public.  I love it.

Day 24:
I'm not really into taking pictures of flowers...and now I'm really not into taking pictures of snapdragons.  Pretty in person, not so much in a picture.  Or maybe I just take crappy pictures.  :)

Day 25:
I spent some quality time with my brother in law.  We shot things.

Day 26:
Here's kitty.  And I'm just now noticing how awesomely crusty his nose is.  Sorry.  Litter dust?  Gross.

So I originally said I didn't have any pictures of Phish...and here's 3 in one week.  Oops.
